You are the Child...

Thank You for the Innocence 
For believing in Magic and Joy
For chasing butterflies and fireflies
For climbing trees and flying kites in my soul
Thank You for playing hide-and-seek 
In my pursuit of the Truth and Your Light
For curiosity and questions
And the freedom from answers
For teaching me how to fly!
Thank You for Imagination 
For being awed by the wonder of Life
For dreams and wishes on far away stars
For happily-ever-afters and lullabys
Thank You for the fascination 
Of seeing the world through Your eyes
For secrets revealed
Through all things unreal
For Loving me back to life.
