Beloved,

I am thankful for the gift of living in a world filled with beauty and excitement

I am grateful for the delights of music and children and nature

For the privilege of sharing this planet with all of humanity

For the joy and understanding in others

For their conversation and their friendship.

Thank You for the gift of loving and being loved

And for the pleasure to free myself from the worries of daily life

By merely indulging in the art of play

Thank You for teaching me to laugh out loud...

That no matter what is happening around me

I have within me the power to heal

With nothing more than a smile.
