FOCUS: I Shall Not Want
Beloved,
You are my Shepherd, there is nothing else I want. With You, I walk through green pastures and beside quiet waters. You restore my soul. You guide me in the path of righteousness, and I follow for Your name's sake. Even though I may walk through a valley of darkness, I will fear nothing, for You are with me; Your strength and Your stillness, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my oppressors. You anoint my soul, my cup overflows. Surely Light and Love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the heart of my King forever.

ReplyDeleteSiren, I always must ponder after I read the prayer. To me, the fact that so many scriptures lead us to Michael is very telling. I remain in awe of the entire experience.
