FOCUS:   Sharing our Gifts in His name

We offer our gifts to You, Beloved
Who claims us as Your children
Who names us Your warriors
Who celebrates our devotion.

For candles which burn in our hearts
Reminding us of Your abiding presence,
We thank You, Beloved.
For candles which burn in our hearts
Disturbing our comfortable complacency,
We thank You, Beloved. 
For candles which burn in our hearts
Awakening us to Your call for Love,
We thank You, Beloved.

We come believing in our emptiness,

Believing that our gifts are not enough,

Believing that what we have is unworthy.

We come fearful of sharing,

Fearful of losing our tenuous grip on our false securities

Fearful of the judgement of others.

We come aching from the weight of the responsibility,

Aching from the challenge of knowing our abundance,

Aching from the awareness that we have much to share.

We come clinging to our insecurities

At the expense of Your sacrifice.

Free us, Beloved

And let us sing out with praise for You.

Let our Love for You be seen by every eye

And heard by every ear

In the form of our god-given talents

And the beauty and purity of our Love for You within them.

And as we sing out for You, let it inspire others to join us

And let us harmonize all around the world

In the perfection of Your Grace

And the ecstasy of Your Bliss
