Beloved,

In the beginning was the Word
Which poured from You like rain
Voice of an Angel
You alone
Song of Absolution
Heralding
Calling us up from the grave
We rose
Each one 
Opening our encrusted eyes
And we were alive
For the first time we saw
And heard, and understood
Love-compelled 
With empty hands
Longing for worthy offerings
We, Your living parable
Breath, step, thought
Our silent declaration
For we are mute before You
The unglorified to the Glorious
Called to a higher expression
We live You
So as it should be
By Your Grace
And in it
We are One
